Q 1) Is it true that you do not need to purchase a copy of Outlook 2003 for each user ? Or does each CAL allow you to install on different machines with the copy of OL 2003 provided with the operating system

Q 2) I hear that there is a 16 limit on the version of exchange server provided. Is this true? If so does this also include archive folders storage space ?

Q3 ) Is archiving easy to implement? Is this space included in the 16 gig limit ?

No limits... SBS 2003 Premium ships with 5 CALs which includes Outlook 2003. Want more CALs, then just purchase what you need in up to 50 max.
