removing icon on desktop,&adding to quik launch

Hey all..

I need help removing the winamp lshortcut on the desktop,

and i wanna add it to the quick launch.

I would also like to know if i can sort the quick launch bar as i want.

I dont want to sound mean. but you can do a search for those topics. Already been discussed before. pls use the google search function.

with 30 post you should have seen alanoll's warning about posting topics that have already been discussed. unless you have a different spin on the topic.
