cleanup.cmd how to call it ?

hi wondering if someone can help with my cleanup.cmd ,I have done a search and found out how to write one (which ive done), but i cant find out how to run it.Do i call it from winnit.sif ,if so how and were do i put my cleanup.cmd file on my XPCD
