Problem with CAT file:(please someone...help!

Hello ppl....i tried and followed the steps of the forum for an unattended windows xp cd. i slipstream the office 2003 as well (even tho i had to burn the ISO to a dvd) and then tried to test it on the winware virtual pc. i had a message sayinbg that the nt5.cat file is invalid.i kn oiw that this file is a catalog file but how do i fix this?do i have to strat all over again?i wasd thinking about that but then again what did i do wrong?or i didnt?
