Trend Micro problems after upgrade to Windows XP

I recently upgraded from windows ME to windows XP and now my Trend Micro (Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 11) Firewall has been disabled and I cannot activate it again. Also I have been unable to do scans - it says the scan engine has been disabled.

I tried to uninstall the program (thinking that if I re-installed it, it might work) but window installer cannot find the file "Trend Micro Internet Security.msi" and cannot therefore uninstall it.

Can anyone help?

I have now managed to uninstall using the PCCTOOL. I then disabled the windows firewall, restarted my computer and re-installed the program without any problems. It is now working again.
