How to install the Hotfix from Winboard Updatepack

I´m useing SP1, because i hate the SP2, because i got some problems and it´s nerving me, too.

I use the Hotfixes from http://www.winboard.org/ (I use Updatepack 1.8 and 2.1) After extracting the downloaded file, i have two important things.

1) INSTALL.cmd

2) The folder "Data". In it, there are all updates

So i can install all updates in a few minutes. :-)

My question is, how i can use this in the installation of Windows XP?
