OPK CD

I've brought about 40 lisences of Windows XP Pro for my company ( I mean the one I work for). Cds came in boxes by 10, each box had 2 CD of "Microsoft Windows XP OEM Preinstallation Kit" with an invitation to join System builder program and blah blah blah.

I've quickly browse this Cd and I've didin't found anything intresting for me. All the stuff from XPCD/SUPPORT/Deploy.cab where in OPK cd but uncompressed.

Is it true that OPK cd are the oportunitie to make official Windows PE. Or can I just throw them away ???
