Error Message

Hi, I am really new here and have no idea what I should be posting but this is where my efforts brought me.

I have been having a problem signing off....AND I cannot access my freecell or my solitare anymore...

I receive this message when I try to sign off...A fatal error has occured....OE--0028:CD2A27A8

VXD VWIN32(05)+ 000012D0

Can anyone help me? I am really desperate at this point.... Thanks, Mary

Ok, just found out the reason I have no replies is because I was not signed in...so how about it...I would so much appreciate some help here...either a # or site to access or someone who knows what I should do...thanks, Mary
