Outlook 2003 dialog on exit

Is there a way to avoid showing this dialog when exiting outlook 2003: "Are you sure you want to permanently delete all the items ans subfolders in the deleted items folder?" but keeping this option turned on ???

Yep...

Tools->Options->Other->Advanced Options

Uncheck "Warn before permanently deleting items"
