How to run GunBound in Users Group

First time I run GunBound in Administrators Group, then run one in Users Group is well done.

I try to run GunBound in Users Group for first time, not success, I set "User Full Control Permission" in HKLM\SOFTWARE\SoftNyx.

Enable Compatibility to Win98/ME, but GunBound will be set Disable.

Why? How to....?
