joeyg2391 Posted November 16, 2004 Posted November 16, 2004 Hi,I have a windows XP pro cd with Sp1. I wanted to slipstream sp2. So do i delete the sp1 service pack in the cd and if yes what files do i need to remove. Or should i leave it alone. currently i have both service packs in my iso file.(win51ip.SP2 & WIN51IP.SP1)Thanks
prathapml Posted November 21, 2004 Posted November 21, 2004 Best thing to do of course, is start with an SP0 CD. But since you don't have it, here's what you could do:Slip-stream your WXPSP1 CD with SP2. Then, to save on some disk-space, delete "SP1.cab" in I386.
