Autodesk DWG Viewer 5.0 silent install

I am not having much luck in getting this figured out. Can an .MSI file be extracted from it? None the usual silent switches have any effect ( /s, -s, etc). I tried to record a response file (setup.iss) with no success.

Has anybody else tried this and got it figured out? My last resort is to use AutoIT and record a script for it. I don't have any repackaging tools like Wyse or Installshield (I work for a cheap a$$ company).
