Delegating control

Hi Guys,

I have three OU's under a single Server 2003 domain, that I need to controlled by three individual OU Admins.

I have created an OU Admins group (Global, Security) and made the three seperate users members of this group. I then delegated control of the individual OU's to their respective user.

This doesn't work. The first user gets it's admin rights as I would have expected, but the other two do not!!!

Any ideas???
