RunOnceEX "File Open - Security Warning"

Hello,

I tried today to use RunOnceEx to install hotfixes and applications but in the most cases I got a "file open - securiy warning" popup and the user could cancel the installation.

Since I download some applications with a XP SP2 client I had to unblock

the exe-files. Now I didn't get the warnung and all will work as expected.

Is there a command line utility available to unblock the files?
