Logon error on W2K3 terminalserver

Hi

Some users get this error when they try to logon via VPN.

"The card supplied requires drivers that are not present on this system. Please try another card."

But it works fine when they are logon locally.

Does any one know what error mean?

Sounds like "Require smartcard access" is activated or something like that.
