'connect to' dialouge box can't save password

as you can see in the above box, I have a windows XPSP2 machine, connecting to a Windows 2003 server. There should be an option to "save password" on the bottom of that window, but there isn't. Has anyone else had this issue?

cos u may use Home Edition ,Professional Edition has the function.
