How to run Longhorn 4074 without bootable CD

Hi, folks i want to know how to run longhorn without a bootable cd. i have all longhorn 4074 cd but its not bootable.I tried to to run it from windows 98, 2000 n xp but there is an error u must have an administrator account to run this file, even i am using an administrator account with full rights.Tell me if there is any way to install it thru msn dos prompt or is it possible for someone to send me the iso file just the bootable files so that i can burn thoes files on a cd with source files...i also tried WIM dumper to extract all files from install.wim but its not working.i just need to those file which i'll burn on the cd and make that cd a longhorn 4074 bootable cd or a way how to install it thru xp 2000 98 me or dos prompt.
