Tuned MP5T
I purchased Symantec Systems Works and Internet Security; however, on my PC I had Symantec Corporate Virus protection. I had 2003 Systems Works and Internet Security and they worked fine with the Corporate Edition.. I’m installing 2005 and I get a error message for the Corporate Edition Virus protection (Real Time Protection Failed). I didn’t know there was a conflict between the Corporate and 2005. So I’m forced to use the Norton Anti-Virus that came with 2005 Systems Works and Internet Security. But I had to reinstall them and the second time it didn’t ask for a product key. My question is will 2005 Systems Works and Internet Security stop working in 15 days? Cause on the CD holder it say it needs the product key in order for the programs to be activated. jpatto
It'll most likely stop working in 15 days. You should be using your new product key. See if this link helps:http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-s...000112109184948
coucou
Hi Tuned MP5T,I have the same problem as you. I had Norton Internet Security (NIS) 2004 working fine with Symantec Antivirus Corporate. In fact, during NIS 2004 installation, it only need to uncheck "Norton Antivirus" option installation and we enjoy with the Firewall (NIS), AntiSpam (NIS) and Symantec Corporate Virus protection. The actual NIS 2005 has no more this option.I didn't solve that problem yet. DID YOU???Thanks to let me know further.coucou
