Strange behavior of windows sharing

Hello,

I've got a domain home.local and all my computers are on this domain. I've got one laptop and I want to share a folder on it, so I've done it like I always did but it doesn't work. I can't access to the share from any computer of the domain.

It's a windows XP with SP2 laptop, I've authorized a specific user with all rights but when I try to access this share from another workstation (using the specific user login/password) it doesn't work.

I really don't understand why, it works on every other PC it's except this laptop.

In the access control list, is it a local user that you have allowed access rights or is it a domain user?

You may need to config. the firewall on XP SP2 to allow file sharing as well. Ports may be blocked.
