Can you actually log into Windows and get to the desktop?

If so, increase the size of your pagefile to double the amount of RAM in your computer. This should alleviate the problem. Long term you will want to add more memory to the computer.

Remember every driver you load or install takes computer memory to run so make sure you only load those drivers you need. Leave the others out or disable them.
