Component Services

In control panel, when i click on Component Services, i get an alert message:

"Initialization Error: Unable to start application because (DacCom) is not installed properly. Please Re-Install this product."

When i click ok i get another alert: "Microsoft Management Console: The selected snap-in did not initialize properly."

Has anyone had this problem before or have any suggestions to resolve this?
