I saw examples of how to add the regional settings, but when I read the guide by microsoft, I got confused, so can anyone help me understand how to adress this?

The guide says:

Using [RegionalSettings] in Unattend.txt

If you include [RegionalSettings] in Unattend.txt, you must also use the /copysource:lang command-line option of Winnt32.exe so that Setup copies the appropriate language files to the hard disk. The command winnt32 /copysource:lang copies all the files in the PRODUCT:\i386\Lang folder to MASTER:\%WINDIR%\Lang.

Okay, so does that mean I need to add a command somewhere? If so, where? Modify Winnt32.exe? Very confusing to me.

You don't needa nything more than is already on the CD in i386 foder.

The settings for your region are taken from the winnt.sif, and ref.chm will show which apply to which language.

Hope that helps
