question of inno setup 's "file Association"

please help me !

i inno-packed "emeditor",which is a fine text-editor.

i wanna in setup ,it can auto-Association the .txt and .nfo file.

and i wanna the Association will be used to ALL USER.

so,i add the under code to the setup script:
