Royce
I want my unattend setup to logon with a new account for the first start, and I use the batch file in the cmdlines.txt :@ECHO OFFnet user Royce /addnet localgroup Administrators Royce /addnet accounts /maxpwage:unlimitedEXITfollowed by a reg file:Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]"DefaultUserName"="Royce""DefaultPassword"="""AutoAdminLogon"="1""LogonType"=dword:00000000It is true able to logon with the account named Royce, but it is a limited account,I do not know the reason. Royce
I thought logontype just meant to logon with classic logon screen
MHz
Yes, could be. If that is not it. Then the info supplied looks fine. Perhaps something registry that is causing it?
Royce
I do not know the exact reason, I edited both the hive files and the reg files, but I do not remember to do any thing in reg for accounts....
hasi001
check, if the local group "Administrators" exists. Perhaps you do have a localized version of XP. I, for example, had to write "Administratoren" for my german version.
