i'm new in making unattended installation, but i spent a lot of time in this board, so i feel ready to begin in this

First I had to choose the best windows, so I will work on Windows 2003 Server Entreprise Edition

I'm not interested in server tools (smtp servers, services...) in this windows, so I want to remove them from the source, to make a Professional version of this Windows (just like the pro edition of win2000)

Is that possible ? and how can I do it ? what's the list of files to remove ?
