Timbuktu 914 unattended install?

I cant figure out how to install this program. I saw on another website that its using a msi installation and to use this

"msiexec /i "Z:\packages\TimbuktuPro_5.1(900)\TimbuktuPro.msi" /qn"

I still have no luck or dont even have a clue on how to even start. i tried using a diff program to create a self extractable program but seems to crash the os.

any ideas???
