Setting up a Screen Saver....

So after searching through hundreds of threads, I have yet to see a Registry setting (or any setting for that matter), to choose a screen saver. Does anyone have the tweak to set this up?

The best way is to set that from a Theme.

Go here:

"C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes" - and edit "Luna.theme" with notepad.

You need to look at modifying these lines:

[boot]
SCRNSAVE.EXE=%WinDir%\System32\logon.scr

Save it as "yourfilename.theme" and put it on your uA CD in this folder:

"$OEM$\$$\Resources\Themes\"

Then, you need to put this in your winnt.sif:

[Shell]
   CustomDefaultThemeFile="%systemroot%\Resources\Themes\filename.theme"

So yeah, that's all there is to it. No unecessary regtweaks - although it does exist.

The tweak is:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]"SCRNSAVE.EXE"="C:\\WINDOWS\\System32\\3DWIND~1.SCR"

(The filename should be in 8.3 format.)
