subwrc
Hi,does the folder with the programs to be installed must have the name install? I mean it is only allowed \I386\$oem$\$1\install ?I put all my programs in folder \I386\$oem$\$1\appl and they didn't get copied to hard disk.I also had in \I386\$oem$\$1\ the file applications.bat and it get copied either. Can i have OemPreinstall=Yes and have the option to run the Recovery Console during setup? a06lp
umm, the $OEM$ folder is NOT INSIDE i386, it's the level above that (the SAME elvel as i386).And you can call the folders inside $1 anything you want. anything in that $1 folder will be copied to the harddrive. Jito463
Can i have OemPreinstall=Yes and have the option to run the Recovery Console during setup?Unfortunately, no. As I discovered after making a disc with only SATA drivers loaded from $OEM$ and found out I couldn't repair installs because of it.
