What would I have to do to add the following command to the right click?

makecab "%1" "E:\WinXP\OEM\i386\%~n1.sy_"

I have this command in a Batch file at the mo, I have added it as command to compress .SYS files but I have to call the Batch file cant just use the command as it doesnt like the last bit to make the filename up. also i havent changed it to take any extention yet just .sys

Any ideas?
