Outlook Express backup and restore

There were many posts recently, asking about how to backup Outlook Express (or Outlook) settings/profiles/mails, and then restore it (after a re-format), in a simple manner.

Well, the makers of TweakXP Pro, have made this tool (not for unattended usage though):
