Asky
Somehow, between shutting down last not and starting up again this morning, the default action for double-clicking on a folder has been changed from Open to Open Command Window Here. I've tried uninstalling the PowerToy responsible for the option, but that just bumps the default down to Search. Does anyone know where in the registry I can find this setting? prathapml
Maybe in this way...My Computer >> Tools >> Folder Options >> File TypesFourth entry or so, over there will be "Folder" - change the "Open With" or click "Advanced" and then set the default action. Asky
I already checked out the Folder Options settings, sorry, forgot to mention that. There are two entries at the top that I checked out. One was called 'File Folder' and the other was called 'Folder'. For 'Folder', open is the default option, and under 'File Folder', there doesn't seem to be a default set, as none of the options are bold, but there is no open action in there anyways. I tried to add an open action, but I couldn't figure out how I was supposed to point that to a program.
