Classic Start Menu?

You can use this registry tweak to set the start menu to classic style:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"NoSimpleStartMenu"=dword:00000001

But this disables the possibility to get back to the normal xp start menu. Does anybody know how i can get this done without doing this ?

I've looked everywhere but I can't find it
