missing status bar & default view

how do I programmatically/automatically with AD/GPO

or anyway get back the "real" classic view in windows explorer?

i.e .Status Bar and Details view always visible also for newly logged on users

now I use this semi clever option with a Default User profile in the NETLOGON folder
