Maybe this is a silly question, but I'm working on a another unattend dvd for one of my other computers. Does SP1 have to be slipstreamed in before SP2, or can I skip SP1? Its an early non SP pro.


You should directly slip-stream SP2 into your non-SP CD. That is what is recommended to avoid SP1 junk residual files.

SP2 has all the updates contained in SP1, and more.
