after unattend install on first boot and software is installing keep getting hardware wizard launching and stopping install process

this never used to happen with sp1!!!!

if u cancel wizard window everything continues ok....but it sorta defeats purpose of unattended install....

does anyone know how to cure this

An old version of nLite would do this - did you use it?

The latest is v0.98.8 - and if you use nLite for slip-streaming alone, then use - http://www.winsupersite.com/showcase/windo..._slipstream.asp.

That was just one possibility....

Other than that, if we knew WHAT hardware is getting detected in those wizards, we could help some more....

i used latest version of N-Lite v0.98.8

one of the hardware being detected was SCSI I the other one not sure will have to check again on virtual pc

might just redo slipstream to see if it will correct
