September 23, 200421 yr plz helpi don't know what i did but i stuffed up. i was trying to take owner ship of a folder but looks like I've done more. Now i can't see Control Panel anywhere, all it's icons are gone (in MY computer , on Start menu). i can't run anything that belongs to it either. can;t run computer properties, Regional & time change, or anything that is in Control panel. it says"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.i am the administrator. Plz help .
September 23, 200421 yr Author ok i fixed that. i deleted some registry entries and it's all fixed now. ii can access them all. But now everytime i log off out of my account a Window pops up. it's not an error window, it's like a messege window with some weird character in it. it pops up everytime. i can't take a screenshot cause it only comes up when i log off, and if i print screen and come back on it's gone.i scanned for spy ware and virus but nothing. plz help guys.
