how do i disable the windows default wallpaper so that no wallpaper will appear on my next windows installation?

is there a cammamd i can add into the winnt.sif file? or a registry tweak?

Easiest thing to do, which won't give any problems either, is to delete or rename this file thru the batch-file which you run at first-login:

C:\WINDOWS\Web\Wallpaper\Bliss.bmp

delete the file in I386 called "BLISS.JP_" - that way you eliminate the file from source itself. (but then, setup will complain of missing file)

But otherwise, its recommended to use batch-files to do the job.
