SP2 Installshield Interrupted Error

Hi, Everytime I try to install something the Installshield gives me this error that it was interrupted and could not install.This always happens after the end of the install.I uninstalled SP2 and everything installs normal.I installed SP2 once again and I'm back to the same problem.I would really like to keep SP2 but this is a major problem.

Your SP1 install is buggered... Fix it and then install SP2. You can do this by trying an Upgrade in Place. Look it up on Technet is you need step by step directions...
