Couple of questions

1. Is it possible to include to Sata drivers so I dont need a floppy drive & press F6 but continue Xp installation as normal (not unattended)?

2. Is it better to slipstream SP2 from a original Xp cd or a SP1 slipstreamed cd?

1. Yes, SATA and RAID drivers (for which you use the floppy) can be integrated.

See this thread for details - the driver-pack. Or you can also get nLite to integrate your SATA drivers, but that's a possibly imperfect solution.

2. If you slip-stream SP2 into Original XP CD, you will see less bugs, and also less total size. So that is the better option.

Slip-streaming SP2 into an SP1 CD is not bad, but that can have more problems, and also, the resulting CD (installation files) can be larger by about 20-30 MB.
