Search for an isopatcher like jojodiff

i am looking for an iso patcher for my multiboot dvd. I have tested serveral patcher, but all of them can't handle the size over 4 gb.

I have tested with jojodiff and xdelta but they have problem with the filesize over 4gb and stop patching.

Can anyone give me a tip. At the moment i use cyberian's "deltadir" to patch my multiboot iso.
