Adding Folders to start menu

I want my start menu to look like this

But I can only get it to look like this

Does anyone know of a way to do this?

I am asuming it will be in the registry but my require afew extra entrys and edits

If you saw this pic somewhere, it could just be that person renamed the my favorites folder, changed its location, and changed the icon. I apologize this is no help I just thought I would throw in my 2 cents
