GuiRunOnce & Journal Viewer

People,

I tried doing a search for this app but was unsuccessfull. What I am trying to do is incorporate Microsoft Journal Viewer with my SIF file, GuiRunOnce Batch file but of course can't because it's an MSI (Right?!). Not to sure if I have to extract this, and if so were to proceed after that...

If someone can help out that would be fantastic either by pointing out a link to another page or by just telling me I'm stupid and this is how to do it
