Cannot format or delete system partition!

To repartition your disks set the following parameters in your WINNT.SIF or unattend.txt

[DATA]

AutoPartition=1

[unattended]

Repartition=Yes

ExtendOEMPartition=1

FileSystem=FAT32 or ConvertNTFS

This should fix it.
