reset folder's security setting

A friend was messing around on my computer and removed my access from one of my folders. He went into the folders security settings and removed acess from all of my accounts (ie. admins, creators, etc.). Now the only account that has access to this folder is "Everyone". Is there anyway to give another user persmissions. I can only copy the files and open them. That is it.

Enter the properties for this folder, and on the advance setting you can check the checkbox for "Replace permission entries on all child objects with entries show here that apply to child objects"

hit apply and okay and then you should be able to access the folder.
