When I first install Windows my start menu doesn't show up. Then second time I boot into Windows it does. I found this registry tweak to be the problem.

My bad. It was because I was deleting a program in the start menu. Does anyone know how to do that, and have the start menu show up when you 1st boot. Also, I want to delete it, and it not ask me is I want to confirm it.
