Limited User Account?

Hu friends, this manual is greet.I have a doubt, i pasted this code into useraccount.cmd to reg a user as administrator but when the user log in XP tells me that the user's account is limited, why? THX

net user John asdf1234 /add

net localgroup Administrators John /add

net accounts /maxpwage:unlimited

REGEDIT /S autologon.reg

EXIT

The Administrators group 'll have a different name if you're using a Spanish XP.
