Win2k3 to Workstation program

Hi i heard there was a windows 2003 tweak program that would do all the tweaks to get Windows 2003 as good as a workstation. Does anyone know how to get it or where to get it from? I DONOT want a NT time bomb remover since i have the demo version 180 day trial which i am happy keepign as legal as ever. but i did want a tweaker to enable all workstation features and remove the server features like ALT+CTRL+DEL and other stuff...to get the Windows XP theme working and to make games can pre=installed using win xp cd .....

I need a changer program rather than the manual which will keep me busy for all 7 demo pcs we've got setup at home. (working to see if we can prove that 2003 as a workstation would be faster n better overall than WIN XP)
