WinXP Upgrade Edition

Friends,

I´m newbie doing unattended winxp cd. My edition of win xp is upgrade edition. So, I must insert a cd of win 98 - my early OS - during instalation of win xp - it´s a verification, you know. How could I skip this step in a customization of an unattended win xp cd ?
