Installing Programs using $OEM$

I was looking through the Unattended XP CD Guide, and need to clarify something about the $OEM$ distribution folders.

It talks about when you copy a particular program to lets say: $OEM$\$Progs, that it will copy that program to that intended folder on the hard drive. My question is that after Setup of XP is completed, will it actually install the program like you would normally do, or just copy that .exe file to the program folder, which is I believe C:\Program Files\(whatever the file is).

it will *copy* those files to c:\program files not install

i.e. winzip or eudora

which does not need an installer.

it will create the directory and *copy* the folder and files under that folder to c:\program files\eudora\*.*
