Install folder not been deleted

I am trying to figure out why after the installation the Install folder does not get deleted.

On start.cmd I have:

ECHO.

ECHO Deleting Temp Installation Files...

RD /S /Q %systemdrive%\Drivers

RD /S /Q %systemdrive%\Install

On cleanup.cmd I also have:

RD /S /Q %systemdrive%\drivers

RD /S /Q %systemdrive%\install

But when it finishes the two folders still there.

Any ideas?
